Went in looking not so great, trying to see if I could grow a long beard and not loving the look I had. He was very warm when I arrived, gave me a tour of the salon, which is a wonderfully lovely establishment. He worked with me, telling me what he was using product-wise, and how I could maintain it myself grooming-wise. Absolutely fantastic work, definitely going back when I need another touch-up.
